Description:   Pets must remain on leash. No glass containers allowed. This is a beautifully wooded park on the San Bernard River. It is located just off of Hwy 35, 3 miles southwest of West Columbia, the park gate is open daily from 8 am until dark. Entrance to the day-use park is free. This park has many features to offer, such as a large colorful playground along with an observation tower to climb and view the park with just a glance. The park also has a mile of hard surface hike & bike trail for all to enjoy and explore the woodlands and river bank. So, bring your family, fishing poles, a picnic lunch & enjoy a relaxing day at the park along the San Bernard River bank. If cooking outdoors is a favorite you may just want to use one of many individual picnic tables & barbeque grills that are available throughout the park. The park also has a large group pavilion available for rental located on the same side as the playground area perfect for birthday parties, a family get together or just a relaxing day at the park.
